One of the news releases mentions about Ali Abubakar (gk) from ghana playing for viva, but his name is nowhere to be seen in the players list. N joe paul ancheri too. ?
Would some giv some info about them not in the players list or playing 11?

Hi there,
the news about Ali Abubakar joining Viva is from 2005. In that year, Ali was on the verge of joining Viva Kerala. Because the team did not take part in the 2nd Divison, he also did not come.

Regarding Jo Paul Ancheri: He is still plagued with some injury but on his way to recover. The team management hopes he will be fit in one month or so and that is why they have registered him for I League.
