In professional football players have higher chances in India to play in
competitive level and make money
than ever before. I do hope Viva kerala
wouldnt have the fate of FC Kochin. I really wish there's more
involvement from
ex players/corporates/local community to outline a clear
business plan for Viva Kerala.
Presently, its evident in the
club management of their in experience and limitations in
bringing sponsors
and effectively managing the club's
progress. I personally appreciate the hardwork being done to bring
back the club to the premier
league but i am equally concerned about the future. I do
hope Viva wont be
relegated again! Also, it's to my surprise
that i noticed there is a regional focus towards
Northern
kerala for selecting young players. You may notice that football is played in the coastal areas of
Trivandrum, Kollam, Alleppey and the high ranges of Waynad, Pathanamthitta etc where talent is un noticed.
Viva kerala badly need to involve professional people to manage and maintain the club in high standards. |
